Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive solar cell assembly which can generate high-output electric power for a long time at high photoelectric conversion efficiency by effectively using an incident light coming perpendicularly or diagonally without depending on installation plate or direction outdoor, is superior in light stability and heat resistance without yellowing or being deteriorated even if it is exposed to intense light or heat, is solid with superior abrasion resistance, long service life and high reliability, and can be simply and conveniently manufactured at high productivity because of its simplified structure. SOLUTION: In the solar cell assembly, a photoelectric conversion element 3 wherein the surface of one semiconductor layer 3a is covered with the other semiconductor layer 3b and the semiconductor layer 3a is exposed over a lacking portion of the semiconductor layer 3b, is arranged on the bottom or the upper part of a reflecting recessed surface 2, and the semiconductor layer 3b is in contact with the reflecting recessed surface 2 as an electrode. An electrode element 7 is in contact with the semiconductor layer 3a via the lacking portion, and at least an open surface of the reflecting recessed surface 2 is covered with a light-transmitting resin 4.
