Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing device repairing by inspecting a short circuit at a defective part of a light-emitting element. SOLUTION: The repairing device of a light-emitting device with a light-emitting element 206 containing an anode 203, a cathode 205 and an organic compound layer 204, includes a laser oscillator 223, and a light detection means. The device makes a defective part selectively emit light by impressing reverse bias on the light-emitting element to specify the defective part by detecting the light-emitting part by the light detection means, and then, repairs the defective part by irradiating a laser beam from the laser oscillator on the defective part.
