SOLUTION: The reader/writer for the vending machine includes: an electronic money service selection button 103 for selecting an electronic money service among a plurality of electronic money services; and an RW control part 107 for performing settlement processing of electronic money based on the commodity C selected by a commodity selection button 14, and the electronic money service selected by the electronic money service selection button 103 when communication can be made with a second non-contact IC card 300 for storing electronic money information of the plurality of electronic money services, and also performing settlement processing of electronic money based on the commodity C selected by the commodity selection button 14, and the electronic money service corresponding to the electronic money information 203c stored in the first non-contact IC card 200 when communication can be made with a first non-contact IC card 200 for storing electronic money information of an electronic money service.
