PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve shortage of the number of available adjustment machines. SOLUTION: The adjustment machine 1 for selling heating oil returns a first change corresponding to an amount of the first change found by subtracting a sales amount of sold product from an amount input from an external. A communication part 14 receives adjustment function specifying information input by an input part 24. A reading part 12 reads code data written on a code label when the adjustment function specifying information is input. The communication part 14 as a transmission part transmits the read code data to a sales information management device connected to the adjustment machine. A money reception/payment part 13 returns a second change based on change amount information indicating an amount of the second change transmitted from the sales information management device.
