IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND IMAGE PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method and an image processor having high resistance to the change of an optical environment, highly precisely extracting color even for a workpiece which may cause color shift by using three attributes data such as, luminance, hue and chroma. SOLUTION: When image data shown by three attributes such as luminance, hue, and chroma are input, it is determined whether each of the pixels configuring the input image data is chromatic pixel or non-chromatic pixel. Then, a color histogram using a class as a hue and a degree as the number of pixels is generated, and the specific hue is extracted on the basis of the generated color histogram.
