Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame-like body that can be easily attached to and detached from a fitting object, and that can suppress receiving damages on the fitting object. SOLUTION: The frame-like body has a frame section 2, and an engaging section 3 which is provided at one end side of the frame section 2 and freely disengageably engaged with one end side of a fitting object A. The engaging section 3 has two engaging bodies, and one of the two engaging bodies serves as a rotating engaging body 31 rotatably pivoting, with respect to the frame section 2. With the rotation of the rotary engaging body 31, the other engaging body is switched between an engaged state and disengaged state; and when the other engaging body is in disengaged state, the rotary engaging body 31 is in the engaged state, independently.
