Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light ceramic cooler eliminating the necessity of advance preparation to refrigerate a cold insulation material and of preparation of ice and for easily cooling drink or food etc. or keeping drink or food etc. cold and keeping drink or food etc. warm even in an outside location. SOLUTION: The ceramic cooler 1 includes porous ceramics 2 having a large number of pores on the surface, and cools a cooled object by vaporization of liquid (mainly water) included in the pores. Since the ceramic cooler 1 is formed of the porous ceramics 2, it is light and easily carried. Advance preparation to refrigerate a cold insulation material and preparation of ice are not required, and the ceramic cooler 1 easily cools drink or food etc. or keep drink or food etc. cold only by including water in the pores.
