SPRAY DRYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray dryer for improving drying capacity while securing moisture and pressure release. SOLUTION: The spray dryer 1 dries a drying object by hot air and includes a porous bag 3 which includes a drying room 13 inside, a metallic tube 5 arranged inside the porous bag, a drying object supplying part 7 for spraying the drying object into the drying room, a hot air supplying part 9 for spraying the hot air into the drying room, and an exhaust port 11 for exhausting dried powder generated in the drying room. The porous bag includes a body part 19 and a narrowing part 21 which becomes narrower toward the exhaust port below the body part. The metal tube includes in a range of the body part and supported to be separated from the inside of the porous bag. The metal tube includes an upper face 27 and a side face 29 extending downward from there, and a lower part of the tube is opened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
