Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window blind shutter controller for reducing user's inputting operation required for opening a slat as a window blind and preparing operation of a shutter. SOLUTION: This window blind shutter controller has usual mode for minutely adjusting the slat 18 to desired opening of the window blind based on output signals of a window blind opening signal outputting means 300 and a window blind registered position turning means for opening and turning the window blind to a window blind registered position. The window blind registered position turning means uses smaller amount of operation required for inputting into the window blind opening signal outputting means 300 than amount of operation required for opening the slat 18 to the window blind registered position in the usual mode.
