Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having heat resistance and excellent mechanical strength, especially folding resistance as a film and an optical film produced by using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (A) 99-70 wt.% acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of ≥120°C and a refractive index of ≥1.50 and (B) 1-30 wt.% graft copolymer obtained by the graft polymerization of a compound containing a vinyl group to a rubbery polymer having a glass transition temperature of ≤0°C and obtained by the copolymerization of an acrylic acid ester, a methacrylic acid ester, an aromatic vinyl compound and a monomer copolymerizable with the above compounds, wherein the refractive index difference between the graft copolymer and the acrylic resin is ≤0.03.
