Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition which improves mid-term and long-term strength development of concrete of age of 7 days and/or 28 days without increasing heat of hydration, in "general-purpose cement" such as ordinary portland cement. SOLUTION: The cement composition includes a C3S content of 45 to 65 mass% and a C3A content of 8 to 12 mass%, and in which a free lime ratio expressed by formula (1) is ≤1.0% and a water-soluble Cr(VI) generation ratio expressed by formula (2) is ≤10%; the free lime ratio(%)=a free lime content÷(a CaO content in the cement-0.7×an SO3content in the cement-56×a C content in the cement÷12)×100% ...
