TRAIN APPROACH ALARMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train approach alarming system capable of solving a problem that unnecessary waiting time must be ensured since a large difference occurs in the arrival time to a working place according to the operational speed of a train, and the position of the train in the closed section cannot be captured correctly. SOLUTION: A train position monitoring unit, a watch person position grasping unit and an approach notification emission unit are provided on a command station interlocked with a train operational system. The train position monitoring unit grasps the track position from train operation information of the train operational system, starts the capturing operation of the train position after the train passes the specified position, and obtains the train speed from the train position information and the line mileage stored in advance. Further, the alarm generation distance computation is performed by adding the train position information and the watch person position information, and the measurement range by the train speed and the GPS measurement level. The watch person position grasping unit transmits approach information to a terminal device with the GPS function carried by the watch person when the alarm communication distance reaches the predetermined value.
