CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF CURTAIN AIRBAG DEVICE, AND CURTAIN AIRBAG DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a curtain airbag device capable of consistently deploying an airbag body in a predetermined shape by preventing a tape part for executing the airbag body, a front pillar and a rear pillar from being twisted when the airbag body is inflated and deployed. SOLUTION: The connection structure of the curtain airbag device 1 connects an airbag body 10 which can be inflated and deployed in a curtain shape from upper sides to lower sides of side window parts 7, 8 of a vehicle 2 to front and rear ends of the airbag body 10, a front pillar 3 and a rear pillar 4 of the vehicle 2, and comprises a tape part 30 with one end thereof being attached to the airbag body 10, and a fixed part 40 which is fixed to the front pillar 3 and the rear pillar 4. The other end of the tape part 30 is turnably connected to the fixed part 40 and the tape part 30 is turnably connected to the fixed part 40 around the axis parallel to its longitudinal direction.
