SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF FILTER PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a filter plate which is capable of preventing neighboring filter clothes from getting into contact with each other and which is capable of maximally securing the filtration area of a filter cloth. SOLUTION: The support structure of the filter plate comprises a plurality of filtering plates 30 each formed by covering the outer periphery of a supporter 32 with a filter cloth 34 formed in a bag shape to form a filter chamber inside of the filter cloth 34, and the filter plates 30 are arranged and supported in parallel at a specified interval in a filter tank 10 with a flat surface oriented in the vertical direction. Support bars 40, 41 are fitted to the upper edge part and lower edge part of the filter cloth 34. The filter cloth 34 is stretched by the weight of the support bar 41 fitted to the lower edge part. Guide bars 50, 50 are arranged to the upper and lower sides, and are passed through both sides of the filter cloth 34. The upper and lower end parts of the guide bar 50 are held in the state of being slidable with in a predetermined distance along the support bars 40, 41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
