Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deviation of the phase difference between alternating current and alternating-current voltage in a feeder line and to stably switch elements. SOLUTION: Reactors L1 to Ln are connected in parallel with a feeder line 12 through triacs T1 to Tn. A switch control unit 132 generates switch control signals to the triacs T1 to Tn. These control signals are so adjusted that the following is performed based on the phase difference between alternating current and alternating-current voltage supplied from a power panel 30 through a transformer 34: when the phase difference deviates from a predetermined value, this deviation is reduced.
