HANDOVER CONTROL METHOD, BASE STATION APPARATUS AND MOBILE STATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handover control method which enables stable communication of a mobile station, and to provide a base station apparatus and a mobile station apparatus. SOLUTION: In a base station 100, a communication control part 120 transmits a best quality cell report request to a mobile station 200, a handover determination part 140 receives a best quality cell report transmitted from the mobile station 200 for the best quality cell request and determines whether to hand over a cell related to the best quality cell report, and a rejected cell notifying message generation part 150 transmits the rejected cell notice including information related to the rejected cell which is in the periphery of the apparatus and whose handover is not accepted, to the mobile station 200 through the communication control part 120 and a radio communication part 110 when it is determined that the handover is not allowed by the handover determination part 140.
