Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a coating nature of a composite layer to a hole-opened collector surface. SOLUTION: The composite layer is coated on the hole-opened collector surface. The hole opened on the collector surface is blocked by the composite agent at coating. In this manner, an electrode is formed by preparing a composite layer on the hole-opened collector surface, accordingly. The composite layer on the hole-opened collector surface is coated by forming in a slurry. Suitable coating nature for embedding the hole with a composite agent can be secured so that the range of shearing stress at certain shearing speed of the mixed composite layer is set to be an index at coating.
