MAGNET TYPE ELECTRIC OUTLET ADAPTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet type electric outlet adapter capable of preventing a short circuit between plug blades since a spring member is brought into contact with a terminal at the time of damage on a door body. SOLUTION: The magnet type electric outlet adapter comprises a first adapter half-body A composed of a body 1 with inserting holes 11a, 13a wherein a pair of plug blades 10 capable of being inserted into and pulling out from an electric outlet and electrically connected with the plug blades 10 are projected and a pair of terminal pins 20 are inserted, and a second adapter half-body B composed of a body 2 for storing the pair of terminal pins 20 capable of electrically being connected with the terminal via the inserting holes 11a, 13a and a plug-receiving section. The door body 12 rotatable between a position for opening the inserting hole 11a and a position for blocking the inserting hole 11a and a spring member 16 for urging the door body 12 to a position blocking the inserting hole are arranged on the body 1. The spring member 16 is mounted and fixed on the middle cover 11 so that one end 16b is inserted into a groove 12b of the door body 12 and the other end 16c is inserted into an inserting section 11e of the middle cover 11.
