ROTAING ELECTRIC MACHINE AND METHOD FOR JOINING CONDUCTORS USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure electric connection of each conductor in fusing a plurality of the conductors. SOLUTION: A method for joining the conductors includes: a step in which the plurality of conductors, each including a conductive wire and an enamel coating applied to the outer periphery of the conductive wire, are bundled, inserted into a connecting component and pinched by electrodes for fusing; and a fusing step in which the connecting component is energized and heated by applying a predetermined voltage to the electrodes for fusing, the connecting component and the conductors are pressurized and crushed, the enamel coating is discharged, and the connecting component and all the conductors inserted into the connecting component are electrically joined with one another. After the conductors are sorted into several bundles out of a bundle of conductors and all or some of such bundles are twisted together to form the twisted conductors, the fusing step is performed.
