MECHANIZED PARKING SPACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanized parking space provided with a mechanism for swiveling a pallet and capable of reducing a space required for installation while increasing efficiency of vehicle accommodation. SOLUTION: This mechanized parking space includes the pallet 19 for loading a vehicle 70 on it, an elevating apparatus 22 for elevating and lowering a lift frame 20 for loading the pallet 19 on it in a lift shaft 14, a swiveling device 23 for swiveling the pallet 19 on the lift frame 20, a vehicle accommodating shelf 12 provided with a plurality of parking spaces 24 for parking the vehicle 70 together with the pallet 19 being adjacent to the lift shaft 14, and a first pallet transferring device 21 and a second pallet transferring device 45 for transferring the pallet 19 between the lift frame 20 and the parking space 24 and between the parking spaces 24 to swivel the pallet 19 in the lift shaft 14 and in the parking spaces 24A, 24B adjacent to the lift shaft 14.
