Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous ceramic material made of a perovskite-type material, and to provide usage thereof. SOLUTION: The fibrous ceramic material is made of the crystalline perovskite-type material containing two or more kinds of 3d transition metals such as Fe, Mn, Co, and Ni, alkaline earth metals such as Ca, Ba, and Sr, and rare-earth metals. Preferably, the fibrous ceramic material of a polycrystal or a single crystal has the main crystalline perovskite made of a compound having a composition of LaxSr1-x(Co,Ni)yFe1-yO3(x and y are each 0.1-0.5), BaxSr1-xCoyFe1-yO3(x and y are each 0.1-0.5), or LaxSr1-xCeyMn1-yO3(x and y are each 0.1-0.5). The conductive member includes the fibrous ceramic material, and is usable as an electrode for a fuel cell or an electrochemical cell, a functional filter, or a ceramic member for an electrochemical capacitor or an energy-environmental device.
