THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent tear strength, tensile strength, wear resistance and surface appearance characteristics of a molded product. SOLUTION: In the thermoplastic elastomer composition consisting essentially of (C) a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing 80 to 20 wt.% monomer component comprising (B) an aromatic vinyl monomer or the aromatic vinyl monomer and the other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of (A) 20 to 80 wt.% rubbery polymer and having 5 to 300% graft rate and 0.05 to 3.0 dL/g intrinsic viscosity [η] of a non-grafted component and (D) a styrene-based elastomer and 1,2-polybutadiene, rubber particles dispersed in the composition have 0.06 to 2.00 μm average particle diameter and a boundary part between the (C) and (D) in the composition has 0.01 to 0.20 μm average thickness.
