Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber composite material in which a carbon nano-fiber is uniformly dispersed and a process for producing the carbon fiber composite material. SOLUTION: The carbon fiber composite material includes an ethylene-propylene rubber, paraffinic oil, and carbon nano-fiber with an average diameter of 0.5-500 nm. The first method for making the carbon fiber composite material includes a first step of mixing an ethylene-propylene rubber 30 and a paraffinic oil 50 to obtain a first mixture 32a, a second step of mixing the first mixture 32a and a carbon nano-fiber 40 to obtain a second mixture 34a, and a third step of tight milling the second mixture 34a by open rolls to obtain a carbon fiber composite material 36.
