PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of canceling leaked components of a transmission frequency modulated signal superimposed upon a reception circuit input with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The communication equipment is provided with: a transmission circuit for modulating an input first baseband signal by a first modulation method and converting it into a modulated signal of a transmission frequency; a reception circuit for demodulating a received signal of a reception frequency modulated by a second modulation method to a second baseband signal; an antenna sharing device for guiding the modulated signal of a transmission frequency output from the transmission circuit to an antenna and guiding a reception signal received by the antenna to the reception circuit; and a cancellation signal generation circuit for generating a cancellation signal for canceling components of the modulated signal of a transmission frequency leaked to the reception circuit side in the antenna sharing device from the first baseband signal input to the transmission circuit and the second baseband signal obtained by being demodulated in the reception circuit and outputting the cancellation signal to the reception circuit.
