ANIMATION CENSORING DEVICE, ANIMATION CENSORING METHOD, ANIMATION CENSORING PROGRAM, AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDED WITH THE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new animation censoring technology to solve the problems of conventional animation censoring technology, by producing and displaying a thumbnail list by which animation censorship including that of copyright infringement and other criteria can be efficiently performed. SOLUTION: Animation data to be censored is divided into scenes, and various kinds of events included in the input animation data are detected. At the opportunity of the detected events, one or more thumbnail images are extracted for each divided scene, importance is computed based on the detection result of the detected events as to the extracted thumbnail images, and the extracted thumbnail images are rearranged in the order of computed importance to tabulate them. Thereby, time and labor for determining whether or not they can be opened to the public is alleviated, and highly speedy determination itself is materialized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
