BATCH PRINTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch printing system which can print documents prepared with different application software in a batch. SOLUTION: In the batch printing system, a system on the document management side includes a retrieval processing section for receiving a retrieval condition from a user-side system and extracting a document satisfying the retrieval condition, and a corresponding information creating section for creating a structured document including information about the extracted document, and the user-side system includes a retrieval condition receiving section for receiving input of the retrieval condition from a user, a document acquiring section for acquiring the structured document and the document from the system on the document management side and storing them in a prescribed storage section, a list display section for displaying information on the extracted document on the basis of the structured document stored in the storage section, and a batch printing section for extracting, from the storage section, a document selected by the user from the displayed documents and printing it with a prescribed printer.
