TOMOGRAPHIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily acquire whole images of the imaging region of a specimen by displaying together a tomogram and a transmission image. SOLUTION: This tomographic device has a table 6 for placing the specimen 4 thereon; an X-ray tube 1 for irradiating an X-ray towards the specimen 4; an X-ray detector 2 for detecting an X-ray beam transmitted through the specimen; and a rotation means 8 for rotating relatively the specimen and the X-ray relative to a rotation axis RA, crossing a radiation optical axis L of the X-ray beam at an angle smaller than 90°. The device also has a constitution, equipped with an imaging control part 15a for successively collecting each transmission image from the X-ray detector 2 at each prescribed rotation angle position, while rotation is continued; a reconstruction part 15b for reconstructing a tomogram of the specimen from the plurality of collected transmission images; and a display control part 15c for selecting at least one transmission image from among the plurality of transmission images used for reconstruction of the tomogram, reducing it, and displaying it on a display screen, side by side with the reconstructed tomogram.
