SOLUTION: The emulsified hair cosmetic comprises (a) a polyhydric alcohol, (b) a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, (c) an amphoteric surfactant and/or a semipolar surfactant, (d) a higher fatty acid, and (e) a high-molecular weight silicone, and if required, (f) a silicone surfactant [for example, poly(oxyethylene, oxypropylene)methylpolysiloxane copolymer and the like], (g) a hair-dressing resin, and the like.
