Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a switch so as not to generate a direct-current voltage component in the case of switching power supply in a feeding network of an alternating current electric railway. SOLUTION: A control device 10 is configured so as to control the switch 6B for applying the power supply B to a switching section 7 when an electric train TR passes the switching section 7 wherein the power supply is changed over to the different power supply in the feeding network of the alternating current electric railway. The control device 10 comprises a voltage zero-point detecting part 101 for detecting a voltage zero-point of the power supply B after the electric train TR passes the switching section 7, and an open-command output part 102 for outputting an open command ST to open the switch 6B in response to the detection.
