Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information which becomes clues for identifying the position of a vehicle with less amount of data. SOLUTION: An information transmission device detects an abnormal state of a vehicle and judges whether or not there is a risk of theft of the vehicle (S100). When the risk of theft of the vehicle is judged, a voice recognition engine 11, which recognizes and extracts a keyword from voices collected inside the vehicle, starts voice recognition (S114). Then, character data expressing the keyword extracted by the voice recognition engine 11 and voice data of the portion recognized as the keyword are transmitted to an information center 3 (S118).
