GUIDE ROLLER OF WIRE SAW AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE GUIDE ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a separation of a resin layer in which a guide groove for a cutting wire is formed, in a guide roller having a split structure. SOLUTION: A guide roller 24A is provided with: an inside roller 40; and an outside roller 50 composed of a plurality of segments 51A and 51B split in a circumferential direction of rotation and fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the inside roller 40, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the outside roller 50 has a guide groove 56 for the wire W. Resin layers 54A and 54B are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the segments 51A and 51B, and the guide groove 56 is formed in these resin layers 54A and 54B. Then, a groove 55 for regulating a displacement in the circumferential direction of the resin layers 54A and 54B is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the segments 51A and 51B and at least in the vicinity of both ends in the circumferential direction.
