DENITRATION AGENT AND WASTE GAS TREATMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denitration agent comprising a urea-containing matter and used for removing nitrogen oxides from a waste gas produced from e.g., a cement clinker production apparatus, which denitration agent can be prepared without using a water resource such as industrial water. SOLUTION: The denitration agent is prepared by mixing a waste liquid with urea. The waste gas treatment system using the denitration agent includes a denitration agent preparation apparatus 1 for preparing the denitration agent by mixing a waste liquid with urea, a storage tank 2 for storing the denitration agent obtained in the denitration agent preparation apparatus 1, and a cement clinker production apparatus (including a rotary kiln 5 and a preheater 6) for allowing the denitration agent fed from the storage tank 2 to effect denitration. The position through which the denitration agent is fed is a 800°C or higher region (e.g., kiln tail) of the rotary kiln 5 when no catalyst is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
