MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND ITS CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately judge the situation of opposite user when using message interchange service by a mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: When a message interchange application program of a program storage part 19 of a memory component 18 runs and message interchange is possible (online) by communication via a communication circuit 11 and an antenna 12, a control part 10 detects whether the other cellular phone terminal which is available for near distance wireless communication exists by controlling a near distance wireless communication part 28. When the other cellular phone terminal exists, whether the terminal is registered in a phonebook is judged.
