IEC CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IEC connector which can be temporarily fitted and easily fixed to a chassis of an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The IEC connector 10 has a cylindrical body 11 having a connecting pin 17 fitted at the center, a cylindrically shaped fixing portion 13 to a chassis 20 formed on a bottom surface side of the cylindrical body 11, and a positioning concave portion 15 of a semicircular cross section enabled to be positioned at a convex portion 22 formed on a fixing hole 21 made on the chassis 20. A curvature of a curved surface of the bottom portion of the concave portion 15 is to be larger than that of a top end of the convex portion 22, and a rotating force is added to the fixing portion 13 which is inserted into the fixing hole 21 of the chassis 20, thereby the concave portion 15 is pressed inward to make a temporary fitting.
