Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack structure which forms a multi-layered membrane composed of a gas seal layer and a conductive layer imperative for a channel cell structural body in which tube type solid oxide fuel cells are accumulated and, moreover, which is composed of channel cell accumulation structural units connected in series with one or more of conductive members in-between. SOLUTION: A porous channel cell accumulated structural body having a porosity 1 to 70% and a pore diameter 5 microns or less is made to contact with a stamp surface having a porosity 70 to 90% in which a coating agent is impregnated and a pore diameter 10 to 100 microns, and a difference between capillary tube radial ratios is utilized to form a coated membrane at a suitable position on a porous base material selectively, and the channel cell accumulated structural body units made in the above membrane formation are connected in series by one or more conductive members.
