Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED illumination lamp which is fixed on a top end portion of a pole constructed on a land and illuminate a road or the like and which has a longer service life and is energy-saving and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: The LED illumination lamp 2 which is fixed on the top end portion 1a of the pole 1 constructed on a land includes an LED unit 4, a light receiving element 5 for receiving an LED light from the LED unit 4, a controlling box 3 for controlling a driving current of the LED unit 4 so that a light volume from the LED unit 4 is constant based on the output of the light receiving element 5, and a current display portion 6 for displaying a current value level of the driving current.
