INFORMATION PROCESSOR, MESSAGE NOTIFICATION METHOD, AND MESSAGE NOTIFICATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a user's operation from being interrupted when displaying a message. SOLUTION: A notice information acquiring means 1b acquires notice information of an operating system and an application. A display region determining means 1c determines a region outside of the user's operation or a region with a small change of a screen due to a moving image out of a screen region of a display device 2, and decides it as an output region of the message. A control signal output means 1d acquires information that shows the notice information and the output region, from the display region determining means 1c, and converts the information into a control signal of the display device 2. The control signal output means 1d outputs this control signal to the display device 2. The display device 2, upon receiving the control signal, makes an overlay display of the message on a basic screen displayed on the screen of the display device 2, based on the notice information and output position information included in the control signal.
