EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE SYSTEM, APPARATUS FOR USE IN THE SAME, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly decide a carrying destination hospital that can accept a patient being in need of emergency medical care to carry the patient to the hospital. SOLUTION: An emergency medical care server 11 continuously receives acceptance information from medical institutions in a region under the control by itself as emergency medical care application information and updates the content of a medical information storage 21 by using medical information equipment 21 (S1-S6). Thereby, the server 11 always holds an acceptance situation of the hospital to be the emergency carrying destination before the occurrence of the patient, and can retrieve an optimum medical institution at a time point when an emergency medical care requirement is issued from an ambulance 30 (S7-S9). The information of the retrieved medical institution is responded and transmitted as carrying destination medical institution information, to an onboard machine 31 (S10). The ambulance selects a medical institution 20 with the easiest carrying on the basis of the medical care institution information received by the machine 31 mounted thereon (S11) to carry the patient.
