PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that eases the reduction of an operating speed while preventing fatal abnormality control. SOLUTION: The device includes: a nonvolatile storage part for storing a program, the initial value of variable data and constant data; a volatile storage part; and a control part for writing the program, the initial value of the variable data and the constant data stored in the nonvolatile storage part in the volatile storage part, and for executing the program written in the volatile storage part. The control part includes: a detection part for detecting the bit transformation of the volatile storage part; a constant restoration part for, when any error is detected in the constant data, reading the constant data from the nonvolatile storage part, and for writing the constant data in the volatile storage part, and for making the control part continue the execution of the program; and a restart part for, when any error is detected in either the variable data or the program, reading the program, the initial value of the variable data and the constant data from the nonvolatile storage part, and for writing those data in the volatile-storage part, and for making the control part execute the program from the beginning.
