Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the time when a truck wheel for railroad cannot follow the speed of a rail wheel, slips on the rail wheel, and becomes into a fixed state, and to prevent the abrasion of the truck wheel for the railroad and the rail wheel. SOLUTION: This truck travel test device includes a fixation determining means 14 for calculating by operation the rotation speed of the truck wheel 5a for railroad in the truck 5 for the railroad, and determining based on the rotation speed of the truck wheel 5a for the railroad whether the rotation of the truck wheel 5a for the railroad is in the fixed state where the rotation is disabled from the control by the rotation of the rail wheel 2, and a deceleration measuring means 11 for calculating the deceleration by calculating the rotation speed of the rail wheel 2. During a travel test of controlling the speed of the rail wheel 2 along a speed pattern for test, it is detected whether the truck wheel 5a for the railroad is in the fixed state while the deceleration of the rail wheel 2 is monitored.
