OIL-LEVEL OILING GAGE ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-level oiling gage attachment structure enabling an oil-level stick bent in such a manner that the same can reach a horizontal oil level surface from an inclined inlet part to smoothly oil and inspect the oil when the oil-level oiling gage integrating an oiling pipe and an oil inspection part is provided at a side part of a cylinder block of an engine. SOLUTION: The oil-level oiling gage includes a cylindrical outer guide pipe fixed to a side part attachment hole of a cylinder block having an oil passage formed inside thereof, an inlet member inserted in the outer guide pipe attachably and detachably under a liquid sealed condition, an inner oil supply pipe formed in a cylindrical shape and attached to a lower surface of the cylinder block attachably and detachably at a lower part thereof, and a bar shape oil-level stick fixed on the inlet member and communicating to an inside of the inner oil supply pipe through an inside of the outer guide pipe and made of material which can be bent and has elasticity. A gap of a fixed dimension is formed between an upper end part of the inner oil supply pipe and a lower end part of the outer guide pipe. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
