CORNER BEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner bead with proper workability, excellent in a measure against water leakage. SOLUTION: The corner bead is composed of an upper parting member 31 which is mounted on a ceiling bed 10, and a lower parting member 32 which is provided below the upper parting member 31. In the upper parting member 31, a top surface draining board 34 is provided at lower edge of a wall surface draining board 33 butting against a wall surface W, and an outward L-shaped connecting plate 35 is provided on the undersurface of the top surface draining board 34. In the lower parting member 32, a bottom surface draining board 40 vertically facing the top surface draining board 34 is provided at the lower edge of a side surface draining board 39 which butts against the inside surface of the connecting plate 35 of the upper parting member 31. The bottom surface draining board 40 is provided with a supporting plate 41 for supporting an outer peripheral portion of an undersurface of a ceiling 20, and a flange 42 which is screwed into the connecting plate 35. The leaked water dripping in ceiling joists 12 and flowing in the longitudinal direction can be prevented from flowing down along a wall surface W. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
