SOLUTION: Provided is the agent for preventing and treating the bacterial or viral disease of an aquatic animal, characterized by containing at least either of biological minerals prepared by ashing many kinds of organisms and then extracting the ash, and minerals compounded to give the approximately same composition as ingredients contained in the biological minerals, and orally giving the minerals to the aquatic animal.
