SOLUTION: In the folding three-dimensional sleep mask, a flexible shading plate-shaped central piece in the shape of both horizontal sides sticking out and shading plate-shaped right and left pieces, one side of which corresponds to stuck-out sides of the central piece are joined at the stuck-out sides.
