Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance yield and recovery of total of taxol and other taxanes from cell culture of Taxus chinensis. SOLUTION: Provided is a method for enhancing yield and recovery of total of taxol and other taxanes from cell culture of a Taxus chinensis, which includes (a) a step of cultivating a cell derived from callus tissue of Taxus chinensis by suspension cell culture in a first nutrient medium suitable for rapid growth of culture cell, (b) a step of producing taxol and other taxanes in an independent second nutrient medium separated from the first medium, where the second nutrient medium is suitable for biosynthesis of taxol and taxanes in the culture cell and includes elicitor and (c) a step of recovering taxol and other taxanes from the cell and/or the production culture medium in the cell culture.
