CONTENT ENCRYPTION DEVICE AND ENCRYPTION PROGRAM, CONTENT TAKEOVER DEVICE AND TAKEOVER PROGRAM, CONTENT TAKEOVER SYSTEM, METHOD OF PREVENTING APPROPRIATION OF CONTENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a content from being normally reproduced unless the content is taken over when equipment is installed in another environment. SOLUTION: A device is provided which is a content encryption device loaded on a vehicle wherein a storage part has an area stored with an encryption device identifier for identifying the content encryption device, an area which stores the encrypted content, and an area which stores right information, a control part has a content capturing part which captures the content to the storage part as the encrypted content, the content capturing part applies encryption by a predetermined encryption key to the content and stores the content into the storage part, creates the right information for calculating the encryption key using the encryption device identifier and a vehicle identifier acquired from a vehicle controller loaded on the vehicle, and stores the created right information into the storage part.
