Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger preventing temperature variation between a plurality of tubes. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger, a first tank (upper tank 1) and a second tank (lower tank 2) are communicated with each other by a plurality of juxtaposed heat exchange tubes (first tubes 8, second tubes 9). When working fluid is made flow between the both tanks (1, 2) via the plurality of tubes (first tubes 8, second tubes 9), heat exchange is performed between working fluid within the tubes (first tubes 8, second tubes 9) and external fluid outside the tubes (first tubes 8, second tubes 9). The flowing directions of the working fluid flowing inside the plurality of tubes (first tubes 8, second tubes 9) are made different from each other every one tube or every several tubes.
