VAPORIZING TYPE OIL BURNING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizing type oil burning apparatus capable of successfully performing vaporization of fuel oil. SOLUTION: The vaporizing type oil burning apparatus is provided with: a box type carburetor 1 having a heater 2 for vaporization and a lower part with an outflow port 7 of mixed gas formed thereon; a gas chamber 18 communicated with the outflow port 7 on the back face side of the carburetor 1 and having an upper part with a burner part 19; a fuel injection nozzle 3 for spraying fuel from one side face opposing to the carburetor 1; and a venturi part 4 for supplying combustion air. A vaporization face of the carburetor 1 receiving spray of the fuel and combustion air is a vertical vaporization face 8, and horizontal beads 10 continued to sidewalls of the carburetor 1 are provided on the lower part of a portion of the vertical vaporization face 8 with which the fuel and combustion air collide, on both sides excluding a portion immediately below the collision portion. A mountain-shaped bead 11 in which the collision portion is a top is provided below the horizontal bead parts 10. Therefore, such a structure can prevent the risk of large deviation of vaporization timing and obtain successful vaporization all the time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
