Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid feed mechanism capable of uniformizing flows in a shell without enlarging or complicating a device structure in regard to a multitubular type device. SOLUTION: A fluid feed part 3 is provided, covering a plurality of inlets h provided on a side face of a cylinder 2, a fluid passage 3h running a fluid along the side face of the cylinder 2 and an introduction passage 3d introducing the fluid into the fluid passage 3h from an exterior are formed in the fluid feed part 3, the introduction passage 3d is formed such that its axial direction matches the radial direction of the cylinder 2, the plural inlets h are formed to be symmetrical with respect to a symmetry plane SP including an axis of the introduction passage 3d of the fluid feed part 3 and a central axis of the cylinder 2, protrusions 3 protruding toward the side face of the cylinder 2 are plurally formed in a position including the center axis CX of the cylinder 2 and crossing an orthogonal plane orthogonal to the symmetry plane SP in an inner face of the fluid feed part 3, and the plural protrusions 3p are arranged to be symmetrical with respect to the symmetry plane SP.
