Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompression arrangement equipped with an energy recovery capability to recover the energy safely and effectively. SOLUTION: The decompression arrangement comprises: an expansion turbine 1 to decompress a fuel gas by expanding it from the primary side, the turbine being equipped on the fuel gas supply system; a pre-heater 3 to heat the fuel gas introduced into the expansion turbine 1, the pre-heater being equipped on the inlet side of the piping from which the fuel gas is introduced into the expansion turbine 1; a post-heater 5 to heat the fuel gas discharged from the expansion turbine 1, the post-heater being equipped on the outlet side of the piping from the expansion turbine 1; a fuel-driven motor 7; Rankine cycle 9; an exhaust heat distribution supply device 11 to supply and distribute the exhaust heat from the motor 7 at an optional ratio as a heat source for pre-heater 3 and as a high heat source for Rankine cycle 9 respectively; and generators driven by each of the expansion turbine 1, motor 7, and Rankine cycle 9; wherein the exhaust heat from Rankine cycle 9 is used as a heat source for the post-heater 5.
